- SOLICITATION (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. (ii) This is a request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued via solicitation number 75H70422Q00014. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. (iv) This requirement is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) or Indian Small Business Firm set-aside and the associated NAICS is 561920, Convention and Trade Show Organizers a with small business size standard of $11 million. Non-ISBEE or Indian Small Business Firm offerors will not be considered for the award.� Offeror is required to submit a completed Indian Firm Representation Form, which is included in this solicitation. (v) The Contract Line Items (CLINs) and pricing structure can be found in the �Evaluation Factors� attachment. (vi) The Indian Health Service (IHS) is planning a virtual National Combined Councils Meeting (NCC) to provide a forum for discussion among the multiple national councils and workgroups that influence agency policy for formulation of action recommendations for the IHS Senior Leadership, on issues affecting health care delivery to American Indian and Alaska Native people. The focus topics will highlight the theme of building a culture of safety and quality of healthcare. The IHS will host three virtual presentations, scheduled form 1.5 hours, to be held on three of the following dates in the base period: March 17, 24, and April 7, 2022. The preferred platform is ZOOM. The Contractor will provide a registration platform for the event. Approximately 650 participants are expected to attend over the three day virtual sessions. The dates for all option periods will be determined through planning meetings.
