1/31/2022 - Amendment is issued to solicitation NFFR73002200927KF4 to provide vendor Questions and Answers as shown below.� All other terms and remain unchanged. Q1:� If there is an incumbent, could you please provide the current / previous contract number? ����������� A:� Similar services previously provided under WE133F17SU0225 to Echoview Software PTY Ltd. Q2. Whether companies from Outside USA can apply for this?� � (like,from India or Canada) ����������� A:�� According to paragraph IV this procurement is unrestricted and open to all sources. Q3. Whether we need to come over there for meetings? ����������� A:� The statement of work does not require in person meetings. Q4. Can we perform the tasks (related to RFP) outside USA?� (like, from India or Canada) ����������� A:� As long as the services are performed in accordance with the statement of work, the location of the Offeror is not of concern. Q5. Can we submit the proposals via email? ����������� A: According to paragraph of the XV of solicitation;� Quotes are required to be received in the contracting office no later than 11:00 A.M. MST/MDT on 02/09/2022.� All quotes must be emailed to the attention of Kimberla Fairley at Kimberla.Fairley@noaa.gov. __________________________ See attached full Combined Synopsis with all terms and conditions which all vendors must be in compliance with to be eligible for award.
