Description
Description of Requirement The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform� delivery, setup and takedown of a large tent and air conditioning (A/C) unit and six (6) stall restroom trailer as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services.� Contractor shall ensure timely delivery, setup and take down of tents and A/C unit to provide a sufficient air conditioned environment for occupant comfort, estimated to be a 150 ton unit or greater. Contractor shall ensure fuel to A/C unit will supply full length of event. Contractor shall ensure timely delivery, setup and removal of restroom trailer. BACKGROUND: CNMOC is attempting to procure a large tent with A/C and a restroom trailer for an outside event.� The tent will house industry and Government entities as stakeholders in marine science technology engage and create the necessary momentum to further discover and provide resolution to commercial and warfighting needs. Objectives The event is scheduled to begin on 9 March 2022. �The selected vendor will initiate and complete setup before 12:00 local time (CT) the day prior to the event (8 March 2022).� The selected vendor will provide safe equipment. The selected vendor will provide fuel and an A/C unit sufficient to provide attendees a comfortable environment for a gathering of approximately 300 or more personnel and ensure its proper function in cooling event attendees in safe, controlled-temperature environment. The selected vendor will work with CNMOC facilities manager to fix stage inside of tent. The selected vendor will takedown tent setup late in the afternoon and early evening the day of event. The selected vendor will keep area of delivery, setup and takedown free of their equipment and any debris created from labor or equipment. The selected vendor will not damage other equipment beyond normal �wear-and-tear� of delivery, setup and takedown. The selected vendor will adhere to stated date and times of setup and takedown. The selected vendor cannot deviate from setup, takedown date and time provided. Vendor must be able to provide an enclosed temporary facility (tent) offering an air conditioned environment and lighted area with a usable floor space of approximately 11,000 square feet in a single structure and/or multiple structures with the respective floor areas consisting of two (2) four thousand square feet areas, one (1) 2,400 square foot area, and one (1) 600 square foot area.� The contractor must provide portable, safe, clean, and modest restroom facilities for attendees� use with a minimum of six (6) stalls.� The facility must provide clear ingress/egress doors for safe passage in and out of the facility as well as appropriate fire safety equipment.� While the contractor is responsible for the specific configuration, the following is an example of what may minimally satisfy the requirement: Quantity two (2), 40� x 100� frame tent with white top Quantity one (1), 40� x 60� frame tent with white top Quantity one (1), 20� x 30� frame tent with white top Quantity thirty (30), 10' x 20' Solid Side Walls, guttered to fully enclose tents Hi Lumen bay lights (3 per 40� x 100� tent, 2 for 40� x 60� tent, and 1 for 20� x 30� tent, totaling 9 Quantity three (3) Clear Acrylic Double Entry Doors (installed equally distanced across front of tent) Quantity three (3) fire safety packet which includes, at a minimum, fire extinguisher, signage and illuminated exit signs above doors Must have air conditioning suitable for tent size (~150 ton); includes generator/fuel, power distribution, duct, cabling, lay flat duct in tent, freight Portable six (6) stall restroom trailer Miscellaneous constraints: Staking directly into the ground is strictly prohibited Delivery and set up no later than noon on 8 March 2022; cost includes delivery, setup, breakdown and pickup Breakdown and removal of items all items and equipment beginning no later than 4:00 PM local time (CT) on 10 March 2022. Period of Performance, Place of Performance and Hours of Operation: The period of performance shall be for two days 8 March 2022 to 10 March 2022 at the Port of Gulfport at 30th Ave, Gulfport, MS 39501.� All supplies and equipment must be removed following the event but not later than 11:59 PM local (CT) on 10 March 2022.
