NO FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE TO PAY FOR PREPARATION OF RESPONSES TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. ANY INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY RESPONDENTS TO THIS TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is for market research to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources capable of providing the services described below. Required Services: The Rhode Island Air National Guard (RIANG) North Kingstown, Rhode Island requires services for non-VOIP telecommunications services in accordance with the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), Attachment 1.� See Section 5 of the PWS for specific tasking required.�� Please note that our base has not received the VOIP upgrade and is only seeking legacy services at this time.� Any resulting contract, should one occur will be issued on a firm fixed price basis.� Submission Instructions: Documentation of applicable expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. Completion and submission of Attachment 2, Sources Sought Information Request Form shall suffice as a response to this notice.� The Government will also accept a capability statement, submitted in addition to Attachment 2.� The capability statement shall not exceed five (5) pages and should demonstrate the company�s ability to perform the requirements described herein.� Questions and comments are highly encouraged. Any response to this Sources Sought Notice from interested parties must be received NLT 11:59PM EST on February 17, 2022 by email to Kaitlin Simoes, Kaitlin.l.simoes.civ@army.mil.�
