- ******* Amendment 0001 ******** The purpose of this Amendment is to correct the Combined Synopsis Solicitation due date to 2/01/2022 at 1:00pm EST to be consistent with the RFQ Sheet and this posting. In addition the Primary Contract Specialist point of contact for responses has changed. The changes are highlighted for convenience in the Combined Synopsis Solicitation and Attachment 1. All other terms and conditions remain the same.� ******* End of Amendment 0001 ******** This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on sam.gov. The RFQ number is N3904022Q0080. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2022-001 and DFARS Change Notice 2021-1230. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 541330 and the Small Business Standard is $41.5 Million. This is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside solicitation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: Engineering and design services for the development of an overhaul package in accordance with Attachment 2, Performance Work Statement (PWS) for two (2) Barges- YC 1501 and YC 1648 located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine 03904. Period of Performance is 02/04/2022 to 03/15/2022.
