Description

The Army Contracting Command � Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) intends to solicit and award a sole source order to HEXAGON US FEDERAL, INC, 301 Cochran Road SW, Huntsville, AL 35824 under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), only one source reasonably available, urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization.� The proposed contract will be awarded on a firm fixed price basis.� The North American Industry Classification System code is 511210 with a size standard of $41.5M. The following will be procured: 4 IMAGINE Professional (License only) MNT 4 IMAGINE Expansion Pack 4 IMAGINE Objective (License only) MNT 4 IMAGINE Adv-Pro to IMAGINE Photogrammetry 4 IMAGINE Auto DTM This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations.� No solicitation package will be issued.� Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government.� All responses received by 10:00 AM EST on 24 January 2022 will be considered by the Government.� All information should support the offeror�s capability to provide the supplies and services requested, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.� Responses must be in writing and must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offeror�s capability to provide these supplies and services.� Responses or questions shall be submitted via email to Barbara Simmons at barbara.j.simmons48.civ@army.mil
