The Government does not anticipate conducting any �one-on-one� meetings with interested vendors. Responses in any form are not offers and the Government is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement.� No funds are available to pay for preparation of responses to this announcement.� Any information submitted by respondents to this technical description is strictly voluntary.� The purpose of this Sources Sought is to obtain market research knowledge that will enable the Government to make appropriate decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified local sources interested and capable of performing the work. United States Army Garrison, Vicenza Italy is seeking information on establishing a single award five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for building/ road signage and pavement marking at various Army Installations in the local Vicenza Military Community (VMC) and the local Darby Military Community (DMC). REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The Contractor shall provide services to include building signage, road signage, pavement marking and incidental repairs, and playground line striping.� The work includes: 1. Road Markings and 2. Safety Signposting and 3. Playground Lines and 4. Exterior Buildings and Community Identification Signs �(Vicenza) and 5. Exterior Buildings and Community Identification Signs� (Livorno) Further detail is provided in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) attached to this announcement (Attachment 1). If your organization has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and type of ownership for the organization; and 2) Tailored capability statement(s) addressing the particulars of this effort with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
