Description

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Installation of 5 Ton A/C Heat Pump Building #119 for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, (COVID Storage Building located at Kerrville, TX 78028 VA Hospital) in accordance with the Statement of Work. Proposed PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base year only: 02/01/2022 to 02/28/2022. Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 3:00 PM Central Time (CT), January 12, 2022. Please list Technical Questions 36C25722Q0171 - Install 5 Ton A/C Heat Pump Building #119 in the subject line of the e-mail and send to Jose Campa, Contract Specialist, at Jose.Campa@va.gov .
