- STATEMENT OF WORK Amico Brand ~ GoLift 700 lb. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL The St. Cloud VA Health Care System, 4801 Veterans Drive, St Cloud, MN 56303 has a requirement to replace 3 Liko Ceiling Lift Motors, Model (1) 242S and (2) R2R New lift motors must use the existing rail/track already in place GoLift 700 lbs. Capacity, Hand Set Charge OR EQUAL P/N: GO-LIFT-700-HSC Mfr. Amico Quantity: 3 Each Features Approximately 7 ¾ x 7 ¾ x 4 ¼ Lifting capacity up to 700 lbs. Lift Speed 1 inch/second Emergency stop Emergency lowering device Upper limit detection Lower limit detection Slack tape sensor Free fall brake Low battery and dead battery alarms Soft start and stop Overload protection Emergency manual lowering Rubber strap length approximately 84 Lift case flame retardant LED indicators Metal gears Wired hand control Track charging system GoLift Quick Reverse Trolley Assembly-Liko OR EQUAL P/N: GO-LIFT-QR-TRLY-LIKO-ASSY Quantity: 3 Each GoLift Power Supply OR EQUAL P/N: GO-LIFT-PS-WALL-ASSY Quantity: 3 Each GoLift Carry Bar, Regular, 1 Hook OR EQUAL P/N: CB-GO-LIFT-REG-1HK Quantity: 3 Each Standard Manufacturer warranty Provide training on the new installed lift motor Installation and Certification: Vendor is responsible to provide all the labor, tools, parts, and equipment for installing the lifts. Repair or replace wall post system. Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Due to patient care/appointments, some of the work may be performed after normal business hours. Work will be performed in Building 1: Rooms 108A, 109C, and A215. Vendor will have to enter and exit through Building 48 for installation after hours. Due to covid protocols, the Vendor is required to wear a face mask, which is provided by the door entrance, when installing ceiling lifts. Vendor will remove old ceiling lift motors and replace with new lift motors; old lift motors are the responsibility of the vendor and will be recycled/disposed of off-site. Vendor will remove all packing material and debris for proper disposal off-site following environmental guidelines. Vendor will ensure all lifts are functioning properly. Installation, testing and Certification will be performed by a certified technician per Manufacturer specifications. These services are stated as necessary for the facility to comply with the O.E.M. s requirements for safe use and warranty of product. Contractor shall apply dated sticker to the rails after certification.
