- Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southwest (NAVFAC SW), San Diego, California, is preparing to release a Solicitation for a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Environmental Multiple Award Contract for Environmental Remediation of Radiological Contaminants (RADMAC III) at various locations within the NAVFAC SW, NAVFAC Pacific and NAVFAC Atlantic (LANT) areas of responsibility. �This is a competitive procurement being solicited by full and open competition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 562910 � Environmental Remediation. The purpose of this Special Notice is to advise firms interested in proposing on the RADMAC III that NAFAC SW will be holding an Industry Forum on 13 January 2022 at 0900 Pacific Standard Time. ��The purpose of the industry forum is to provide prospective offerors the opportunity to review the Government�s Draft Performance Work Statement�s and provide feedback and/or ask questions prior to the request for proposal (RFP )issuance.� Those firms who are interested in attending the Industry Forum shall email the names, phone number, and email address of attendees to kellie.v.wilson.civ@us.navy.mil NO LATER THAN 12 January 2022, 12PM, Pacific Standard Time.� Due to space limitations, firms will only be allowed two attendees.�� Your firm will be provided a copy of the presentation and the dial in conference call phone number prior to the meeting on 13 January 2022. The Contract term is for a two-year base period and two (2), three-year option periods, for a maximum total maximum period of eight (8) years. The aggregate maximum dollar value of this procurement, including the base year and the option period under the resulting contracts shall not exceed $495,000,000. Task Orders awarded from this contract will range between $500,000 and $20,000,000. The Government makes no representation as to the number of task orders or actual amount of work to be ordered. The minimum guarantee is $5,000 for the performance period of the resulting contracts. The objective of the RADMAC III is to obtain radiological services for performing investigative and/or remedial actions at environmentally contaminated sites predominately at Navy and Marine Corps installations. The sites will consist of those ranked on the Superfund National Priority List (NPL) as well as non-NPL sites regulated under Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Underground Storage Tanks (UST), and other sites, which might require investigative or remedial action.� Federal and State regulations, federal guidance and consensus documents (Multi-Agency Radiation Survey and Site Investigations Manual (MARSSIM) and Multi-Agency Radiation Survey and Assessment of Materials and Equipment Manual (MARSAME), and state-of-the-art health physic practices will be followed where appropriate.� Enclosures to this Notice: (1) DRAFT RADMAC III Performance Work Statement and (2) Questions/Comments Submission Sheet.� NOTE:� Questions or comments should be submitted via email on Enclosure (2) no later than 12 January 2022, 12PM Pacific Standard Time to allow the Government time to prepare for the industry forum.
