Description

It is the intent of the Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Ft Jackson, S.C., to contract for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services, necessary to perform Fire Sprinkler, Fire Alarm System Maintenance, Inspection, and Testing Services, as defined in the Performance Work Statement, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract as well as those applicable standards listed in National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA), and EM 385 1-1. The Government is contemplating issuance of a single award contract with a one (1) year Base Period plus four (4), 12-month Option Periods, as outlined in paragraph 1.5 of the PWS, pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Part 12.� The requirement will be solicited as a 100% set aside for Small Business. The designated NAICS Code is 561621, Security Systems Services (except Locksmiths), with a size standard of $20.0 million. The Government anticipates a contract length of one (1) base year, plus four (4) one year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP) utilizing FAR Part 15, lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. ��This solicitation and all amendments will be issued to betaSamGOV Website (beta.SAM.GOV) at http://www.beta.SAM.gov/. REMINDER: This is not a Request for Proposal; only a Presolicitation Notice. A solicitation will be issued no later than 8 January 2022. at a later date.
