- **AMENDMENT 01 ** AMENDMENT 01 POSTED 1/4/2022 POSTS QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THE SOLICITATION.�� QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER VIA EMAIL AT KELLIE.SHAW@USDA.GOV NO LATER THAN THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS JANUARY 10, 2022.�� THE DUE DATE AND TIME FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTES IS NOT EXTENDED.� ALL QUOTES IN RESPONSE TO THE SOLICITATION SHALL BE EMAILED TO KELLIE.SHAW@USDA.GOV NO LATER THAN 1300 MST JANUARY 20, 2022.� QUOTES RECEIVED AFTER THE STATED DUE DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This project is to make improvements to Cold Springs Road (NFSR #68 (BLM Portion)) and Cold Springs Road (NFSR 344 (Forest Service Portion)).� The work includes but is not limited to road reconditioning, hauling and placing aggregate surface course, installation of 18� CMP culverts and all other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with plans and specifications. Quotes, technical proposals and bid bonds shall be submitted to Kellie Shaw, Contracting Officer via email at kellie.shaw@usda.� Hard copy quotes will not be accepted.
