- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 12.6, Acquisition of Commercial Items,�and FAR�Part�13,�Simplified�Acquisition�Procedures,�as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
