Description
�Door Retrofitting, Sacred Oaks Healing Center, Davis, California Project Description. California Area Indian Health Service (IHS) has a need for door retrofitting at the Sacred Oaks Healing Center in Davis, California. The Sacred Oaks Healing Center is a medical treatment facility for Native American/Alaskan Native youth with substance abuse disorders. In order to provide adequate safety, physical security and to control movement, the doors require retrofitting. Taskings.� Contractor shall be prepare Submittals and CAD drawings Disable existing system(s) Furnish and install new hardware system and tie into existing building(s), automation, and access control systems. Acquisition Information. This acquisition is being solicited as a commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation. Evaluation of the Quotes. Evaluation will be made using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. There will not be any trade-off procedures used in the evaluation of offers. The Government will evaluate the lowest-priced offer first. If the lowest-priced offer is found to be technical acceptable � award will be made to that offeror. No other offers will be evaluated. If the lowest-priced offeror is found to not be technically acceptable, the Government will then evaluate the next lowest-price offer until one is found that is technically acceptable. Site Visit. The Government is organizing a site visit for proposed Offerors. Potential Offerors are highly encouraged to participate. Notice will be posted to SAM.gov. Contractors must register with SAM.gov in order to receive notification details. It will include the date, hour, and location. Solicitation Issuance. It is anticipated the Request For Quotation will be issued on or about December 30, 2021. Contractors may download at the Government�s website: www.FBO.gov. The specific dates will be identified in the solicitation. Offerors are advised that this project may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation process up to time of award. Ordering Solicitation. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted to the Government�s secure website (www.SAM.gov) once the Solicitation/RFP is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from SAM.gov will require prior registration in the �System for Award Management� (www.SAM.gov). First time FedBizOps user(s) will be required to register in FedBizOps prior to accessing the Solicitation/RFP documents. To register, click on the �Register Now� button in the �Vendors Block� and follow instructions. The following information will be required: Marketing Partner Identification (MPIN); DUNs Number or Cage Code; Telephone Number; and Email Address. Once registered, interested parties will be able to log in and access the RFP documents. The Government recommends all interested Contractors add their names and email address in the �Interested Vendors� Tab. Using this method to request a bid package ensures that no request sent via fax, email, or US mail get misplaced. It ensures that you will receive an email from FedBizOps if changes occur, and when the package is ready to be downloaded. It is the Contractor�s responsibility to monitor FedBizOps for Amendments or Notices relating to this requirement. The Government will not be calling individual companies. Any changes will be posted to FedBizOps � failure to register will preclude you from being notified of potential notices or Amendments. Questions. All questions shall be submitted in writing 24-hours prior to the scheduled site visit. Inquiries after this time will not receive a response. Contractual Point of Contact.
