- N00164-22-C-B005 SOLE SOURCE � PROFESSIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES FOR PEO USC FRONT OFFICE - PSC R425 � NAICS 541330 Anticipated Issue Date 28 December 2021 - Anticipated Closing Date 11 January 2022 Time 14:00 EST Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane), Crane, IN intends to award a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract for a maximum three (3) month base; one (1) two month option; and one (1) four (4) month option period of performance with ICI Services Corporation, 500 Viking Drive, Suite 400, Virginia Beach, VA 23452. In accordance with the statement of work, tasks include program analysis, control, and monitoring, acquisition and logistics, system engineering, logistics, information technology, corporate operations, science and technology support. The current Task Order in SeaPort NxG covers the areas of acquisition and life cycle responsibility and management accountability for all assigned programs.� Programs listed are PMS403, PMS406, PMS420, PMS495, PMS501, and PMS505. This effort will be conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.� The basis for restricting competition is the unacceptable lapse in acquisition and life cycle responsibility and management accountability support services.� Any interruption in support services for PEO USC Front Office would negatively affect mission readiness and long-term costs to the taxpayer. ICI Services Corporation is the only vendor capable of continuing to provide the Navy uninterrupted acquisition and life cycle responsibility and management accountability support services in the allotted period of performance. A formal solicitation will not be issued.
