- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound in support of Ship Repair Facility, Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) will be soliciting for AC Overhaul Repair in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition will be negotiated as a firm fixed price supply type contract. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 12/20/2021 with a closing date on or about 01/07/2022. Anticipated DELIVERY OR POP IS BY 02/08/2022 thru 06/03/2022. This requirement is being procured using FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13.5 procedures. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes through the SAM.gov website is not available at this time. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted on the SAM.gov Website: https://www.sam.gov Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents.
