- **This is not an RFQ. This is only a Request for Information** This is a Request for Information (RFI) notice issued by the United States Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service, on behalf of Fiscal Service�s Office of Information and Security Services (ISS). The purpose of this notice is to obtain industry information and identify potential sources that are both capable of, and interested in, providing a commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) GitLab SaaS as described herein. This information is being sought for acquisition planning purposes only. ISS is seeking to identify a commercial-off-the-shelf GitLab SaaS. The COTS GitLab must have all of the attributes listed in Appendix A � GitLab SaaS Details of this RFI document. Vendors shall submit responses to this notice by e-mail to purchasing@fiscal.treasury.gov no later than 2:00pm Friday, December 10, 2021. Responses shall reference �RFI-ISS-22-019, ATTN: TWIGGERS/MGUMP� in the subject line of the e-mail message.
