- NSN(s): 6140-01-446-9498 Item Description: BATTERY, STORAGE Item is being procured in accordance with: DRAWING NUMBER 19207 P/N ATPD2206 Quantity: 29,864 Unit of Issue: EA Inspection/Acceptance: Origin � FOB: Destination Delivery Schedule: 390 days The required delivery is 180 days for Production.� Item requires a Contractor First Article Test.� Delivery of FAT is 180 days with 30 days for Government review.� Total delivery with FAT requirement is 390 days.� Delivery will be 180 days with waiver of FAT.� Ship to: Stock W62G2T DLA DISTRIBUTION TRACY CA 95304-5000 One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.� All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars.� All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 11/30/2021. The Small Business size standard is 1250 employees. This is a Full and Open Competition acquisition with a HUBZONE price evaluation preference and will be solicited per FAR part 13.5. This is not set-aside for small business Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. DRAWING NUMBER 19207 P/N ATPD2206 Based on market research this item is manufactured commercially; therefore, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 13.5 in its solicitation for this item.� While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
