Description

�Request for Technical Proposal (RFTP): The RFTP is for the removal, dismantling, and recycling of five Navy vessels located in Philadelphia, PA. This is step one of a two-step process. This is not an invitation for bid. RFTP must be in the possession of the Agency�s Public Sales Contracting Division by the closing date and time specified in this RFTP. If the RFTP is not submitted on time, it shall be considered non-responsive. The vessels are in the custody of NAVSEA Inactive Ship Maintenance Office PA and is located at the Philadelphia Reserve Basin, Naval Business Center, Philadelphia, PA. BUYER BEWARE: This is NOT a service contract
