- Solicitation N00421-22-T-0005 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase request on a full and open competitive basis, under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Award all or none See Attached RFQ.� See Section C: Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-22-T-XXXX) on your quote.���� Please include your Cage Code. This is firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offertory�s initial offer should represent the vendor�s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.� Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide.
