Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:�� �Pennsylvania City:�� �Canonsburg and Surrounding Communities� Delineated Area:�� �Beginning at the intersection of Route 519 & Route 50, follow Route 50 in a northeastern direction until it �intersects� with Cecil-Henderson Road, follow Cecil-Henderson Road in a southern direction until it �intersects� with I-79, follow I-79 in a southern direction until it �intersects� with Route 519, follow Route 519 in a northwestern direction until it intersects with Route 50 (starting point).� Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �6,198 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �6,198 Space Type:�� �Office, Warehouse, and Related Space Parking Spaces (Total):�� �12 Surface Parking Spaces, of which:� 8 are on-site reserved spaces for Government owned vehicles,� 4 spaces for large trailers which must be commercially available within a one (1) mile driving distance from the proposed building Full Term:�� �10 Years Firm Term:�� �5 Years Option Term:�� �2, 5-year options Additional Requirements:�� ��� �Warehouse space to include approximately 831 ABOA SF with a minimum 18� ceiling height, and a 7� x 10� minimum, door � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). �For more information, visit: https://acquisition.gov/FAR-Case-2019-009/889_Part_B. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Canonsburg, PA that will be expiring. �The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. �In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
