Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice Only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research; to make the appropriate acquisition decision and to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 511210, Software Publishers with an SBA size standard of $41.50 million. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System is seeking a business to provide online database for physician and nursing continuing education certification for the Orlando, Florida. Requirements shall include a subscription for one base period of 12 months and four one-year option periods contract for healthcare continuing education including test preparation materials, online clinical textbook featuring nursing topics, and unlimited continuing education contact hours to use towards any online certification courses. Concerns may respond by submitting qualifications letter including the following information: Company Name, Address, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Fax, Email, DUNS Number, Socio-Economic Category (i.e., SDVOSB, VOSB, HUBZone, etc...) and Capability Statement specific to the technical requirements. Provide evidence your firm can provide the requested items to include past and/or current contract for the same requirements and any other compelling evidence to help the Government determine your company s capabilities. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, https://sam.gov/content/home. Responses to this notice shall be sent to via email, no later than 1600 hours (4:00 PM), Eastern Standard Time on November 11, 2021. Telephone and facsimile responses will not be considered.
