- This market survey is being conducted to identify potential business sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements for qualification and production of Cyber Operation (CyO) Formal Training Support III (CyOFTS III) for use by the United States Air Force (USAF) personnel.� As of 3 Nov 21 the CyOFTS III requirement is being delayed in the best interest of the Government and industry. Pending additional market research, the Government will update expected release dates accordingly. Acquisition naming conventions are also subject to change.�
