- State:�� �Massachusetts City:� � � �Sutton Delineated Area:�� �Suburban areas of Sutton, MA and throughout southern and southeastern areas of MA, inclusive of Barnstable County incorporating Cape Cod, MA and all 15 Townships and rural areas -private, public, and government lands, (i.e., National Seashore, Military Reservation, Air National Guard or Coast Guard facilities, and other lands), and any areas throughout MA, CT and RI for project specific activities. Northern Boundary- Wilbraham, Worcester, Framingham, Hanscom --MA Southern Boundary- Areas throughout and complete to coastal boarders of CT and RI Eastern Boundary- All areas throughout and complete to coastal boarders of Cape Cod, and southeastern MA Western Boundary- All areas throughout and complete to Connecticut River Valley, Stanford, Hartford, CT and Springfield, MA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �1,043 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�� �1,151 Space Type:�� �Office Parking Spaces (Total):�� �7 Full Term:�� �60 months � Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. �A fully serviced lease is required. �Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). The U.S. Government currently occupies and intends to renew office and related space in a building under a lease in Sutton, MA, that will be expiring. �The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. �In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
