- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract, in accordance with Part Number(s), 428045, 0N04008.010.01, T011189 and T435108 which will include three NSN(s) 5310-01-178-1655, 5305-01-184-6398 and 5305-01-279-0721, Nut, Plain Hexagon, Set Screw and Screw Machine. ��The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively.� Item solicited on an Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis.� Terms are FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. �First Destination Transportation (FDT) does apply.� �AMC/AMSC is 3/D.� Approved Source:� Fairbanks Morse, LLC CAGE 7PZX0. ��This item is not a commercial item.� This item is a critical application item.� �This item is a stock buy item.� Requested delivery varies for each NSN.� ��Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC).� The contract will be effective for Base year period with provisions included to extend the terms of the contract up to four (4) option year periods.� The estimated annual quantity varies for each NSN. �The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity for each NSN (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity for each NSN over the five years. 5310-01-178-1655 Estimated Annual Quantity:� 180 EA Minimum Quantity:� 45 EA Maximum Quantity (over 5 years):� 1345 EA 5305-01-184-6398 Estimated Annual Quantity:� 57 EA Minimum Quantity:� 14 EA Maximum Quantity (over 5 years):� 545 EA 5305-01-279-0721 Estimated Annual Quantity: 62 EA Minimum Quantity:� 16 EA Maximum Quantity (over 5 years):� 475 EA Surge requirements do not apply.� Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast.� The final contract award decisions may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be 22 November 2021.� A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the Request For Proposal (RFP).� From the DIBBS homepage, select �Requests for Proposal (RFP)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)� from the menu under the tab �Solicitations.� Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.� RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).� To download and view these documents, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.� This software is available free at� http://www.adobe.com.� A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors.
