Description
PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5022R0004 The American Consulate General, Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a pre-solicitation notice for: TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SERVICES U.S. EMBASSY BEIJING AND CONSULATES�SHANGHAI, GUANGZHOU, SHENYANG, AND WUHAN The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany intends to issue a firm-fixed price, multiyear (one base plus four option years) type of contract before February 2022. It is anticipated that the services will start in March 2022. The scope of work requires the successful contractor to provide travel management services for official domestic and international travel to the U.S. Embassy Beijing and the Consulates Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyang, and Wuhan. The successful contractor is required to provide both on-line and on-site services, the latter to be located at the U.S. Embassy Beijing and Consulates Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenyank, and Wuhan.� Proposals will be due 30 days after the release of the solicitation. At a minimum, each Offeror shall meet the following requirements: Technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work; Be able to demonstrate prior experience in the travel industry, specifically in Asia, with suitable references; Have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; Have all licenses and permits required to perform travel management services in China (See DOSAR 652.242-73 below); and Meet all local insurance requirements. By expressing interest in this project, you are acknowledging that your company is able to reach compliance with the following requirement: In accordance with DOSAR 652.242-73 AUTHORIZATION AND PERFORMANCE (AUG 1999), the offeror certifies that it will provide, with its proposal, written certification of having obtained licensing and any other required authorization to operate and perform travel management services in China. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest no later than Monday November 15, 2021��by written correspondence to the attention of Ms. Jamie M. Fleischhacker c at the above e-mail address using the solicitation number 19GE5022R0004�in the subject line. Please do not telephone. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: - name of� the company; - name, telephone, fax number and e-mail address of the point of contact; - complete physical and mailing address of the company. The solicitation document will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
