Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of theUnited States in Serbia will launch the solicitation on the www.SAM.gov website when it isavailable. The Government has a requirement for a contractor to provide Group Life Insuranceservices to approximately 350 employees of the Government of the United States ofAmerica in the Republic of Serbia The anticipated performance period is for a base year,with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsiblesources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial off er without discussion.The resultant contract will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment requirementstype contract. The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and the date for this conferencewill be in the solicitation. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management)Database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective off erors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal ofquotations/proposals.
