Description
Statement of Work (SOW) J. Mattox & Associates� will provide multi-tiered training�program for leadership, employees, and cooperators J. Mattox and Associates will provide for�the U.S Forest Service Northwest Region. This training program will combine action learning�and facilitated dialogue to engage participants in structured learning activities and open�conversations about anti-racism, bias, equity, and inclusion within the Agency, in working with�diverse partners, and in service to the Agency�s diverse communities. Below we describe the�training program�s principal goal, key learning outcomes, design and content, schedule of delivery, the team who will deliver the services, and our estimated professional fees. Program Scope J. Mattox & Associates� will conduct TEN of our Anti-Racism, Equity, and Being An Effective�Ally training programs for the U.S. Forest Service Pacific Northwest Region during the period of�September, 2021 � September 2022. These training programs will comprise a series of 2-hour�webinar-based, interactive training that examines racism and its impact, implicit bias, microaggressions, and the actions one can take to be an effective ally of less dominant groups�within and external to the Agency. Participants will be provided with a variety of skills,�techniques, and tools for taking individual and collective action to create a more inclusive�workplace and work effectively with diverse groups. The linkage between the training and the�Agency�s mission and stated values, including its commitment to civil rights and environmental�justice, will frame the learning experience.
