Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE AWARD The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) requires equipment installation�for monthly business cable television and commercial internet for two suites.� The security system requires commercial internet to communicate the monitoring of all access points, door and alarm systems, and closed-circuit television cameras both internally and externally to the monitoring station.� The minimum system requirements is: 100Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload speeds with reliable up time of 99.5% or greater.� Business TV minimum requirement of broadcast and cable news channels for DCSA to include: ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, FOX News, MSNBC, Bloomberg TV, BBC, Al Jazeera America, Military Channel for 22 total HD drops and set top boxes.� The Offeror must be able to submit monthly invoices for Government accepatance/payment through the Department of Defense (DoD) Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) in accordance with Federal Acqusition Regulation (FAR) 252.232-7006.
