The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions to the solicitation and to extend the solicitation closing date as follows: Closing Date Extension from 12PM 9/22/2021 to 12PM 9/23/2021 Quarterly and Annual Ventilation Survey Questions Is this a new or follow-on contract? If a follow-on, who is the incumbent and what is the contract #? This is a follow-on contract For the Quarterly testing, will all facilities be available on the same day for testing? Yes, facilities will be available Will a Building Engineer and/or Facility Manager be onsite and available during the testing? Yes, both will be readily available Is there a BAS/controls in place? If so, which system? Yes, system is Metasys Have there been any issues in the past with facilities not meeting the ventilation requirements? Yes, with air exchanges and pressures. Please see SOW
