Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: quotes are being requested and a written solicitation shall not be issued. The solicitation number is 70US0921Q70090212 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for ChemBio Waste Disposal Services.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07 effective August 11, 2021.� This solicitation is unrestricted (full and open) and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 562112. The anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) will 1 October 2021 to 30 September 2022, with four option years.� The Government intends to award a competitive Firm Fixed Price contract.
