Description

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Acquisition Division (ASD) has a requirement for Wetland Easement Vegetation Enhancement Services for the State of Pennsylvania, USDA Natural Resource Conservation Services (NRCS). The objective of this contract is to obtain services to repair a WRP violation at the Poliskiewitz property located in Northampton County, Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania (PA).� The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to restore the vegetation at the locations in accordance with the Statements of Work, Maps, and other related documents.� The Contractor shall follow the Statement of Work and applicable regulations to provide services associated with the original Wetland Enhancement for the associated property. The practices to be installed are: Conservation Cover (327) � Install native cool and warm season grasses in WRP violation area (farmland encroachment) to return the tracts to conditions that comply with the program. Access Control (472) � Placement of boulder landmarks used to mark areas excluded from farming operations. See the attached documents for�details.
