- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE.� This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action Synopsis for USCG Mentoring Program Services.� There is no solicitation available at this time.� Requests for a solicitation will receive no response.� This Proposed Contract Action is published to notify potential sources that the USCG intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to CHRONUS Limited Liability Company. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 511210, Software Publishers. Attached is a copy of the following documents: (1) Justification and Approval Document (2) Statement of Work (SOW). The USCG anticipates awarding one Firm-Fixed-Price Contract, 70Z02321CPPJ021. The anticipated award of the contract are in accordance with procedures established in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Item Acquisitions. Responses to this Notice of Intent will be used to confirm that this is a sole source requirement.� This notice is not a Request for Quote (RFQ); Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. �The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this notice of proposed contract action.� Responses must be received no later than Monday, September 13, 2021, 5:00 pm EST.� All documentation shall become the property of the Government.� All responses and questions regarding this Notice of Intent to Sole Source must be emailed to Robbie Person, Formal Contracts, USCG-FINCEN, email address Robbie.Person@uscg.mil.
