- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Air Anti-Submarine Warfare Systems Program Office (PMA-264) hereby issues the FY 23-27 Production Sonobuoy Multiple Award Delivery Order Contract (MADOC) DRAFT Solicitation. This MADOC vehicle will procure six (6) Production Capability Categories of Sonobuoys: Bathythermograph, Passive, Passive/Active Combo, Multi-static source, Multi-static Receiver, and Special Mission. Sonobuoys are air launched expendable, electro-mechanical Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) acoustic sensors designed to relay underwater sounds associated with ships and submarines to sophisticated remote processors principally on P-3C, P-8A, and MH-60R aircraft. The MADOC will include a five year ordering period. The solicitation number is N00019-21-R-0009. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511 � Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. The Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is 5845 � Underwater Sound Equipment. Any resultant solicitation will be released on the SAM website at�SAM.gov. Comments and questions on the DRAFT Solicitation are welcomed and should be emailed to Ms. Brittney Davis at brittney.f.davis.civ@us.navy.mil. No phone calls will be accepted.�NAVAIR will provide non-proprietary Questions and Answers in response to this DRAFT Solicitation via SAM.gov posting. If questions received contain proprietary information, be sure to inform the Government of this in your response.� NAVAIR will be conducting pre-solicitation one-on-one sessions to discuss aspects of the DRAFT Solicitation package. Pre-solicitation one-on-one sessions are anticipated to be after the week of 27 September 2021. To schedule a Pre-solicitation one-on-one session, interested vendors will need to submit a request and provide the company name and requested meeting time no later than 24 September 2021, 12:00 EDT via email to brittney.f.davis.civ@us.navy.mil. Please start the subject of the email with ""Production MADOC One-On-One Draft RFP Teleconference"" REQUESTS FOR ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS WILL BE NOT ENTERTAINED OR ARRANGED AFTER THE AFOREMENTIONED DEADLINE. Interested vendors need not participate in the one-on-one sessions as a prerequisite for responding to the final RFP GENERAL INFORMATION: Please note the following regarding the One-on-One Sessions: 1. Provide questions in writing NLT 24 hours prior to scheduled meeting 2. Dial in 5 minutes early 3. Recording the One on One session in any capacity is prohibited 3. NAVAIR intends to only discuss the Draft Solicitation Package and Requirements 4. This will be your opportunity to make your inquiries or provide feedback directly to the Government team. Industry�s review and feedback provided on the DRAFT solicitation in its entirety is highly desirable and appreciated.� The Government kindly requests all FINAL comments be submitted by 01:00 pm EDT on 15 October 2021. The DRAFT Solicitation Attachments and Technical Library will be disseminated via the DoD SAFE website.
