- RFQ# 36C26221Q1292 VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION SAN DIEGO HEALTHCARE SYSTEM Floor Scrubber Walk Behind Disk Deck This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation is qualified vendors under NAICS Code 561740 or related to. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26221Q1292. The Department of Veterans Affairs San Diego Healthcare System has a requirement for Floor Scrubbers. This requirement is being solicited as an SDVOSB Set-Aside. The successful SDVOSB contractor shall be an authorized distributor. If you are interested and capable of providing this requirement, please provide the requested information and pricing for each line item as indicated below. Responses to this request for quote should include company name, address, point of contact, size of business and cost of all line items in order as requested. Any issues that may arise the vendor must notify the VHASD Point of Contact. Deliver within 60 Days of Award. The Contractor shall adhere to all federal, state laws, and regulations in effect during the term of this contract as the Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract.
