AMENDMENT 0001 1. The purpose of this amendment is to include the attached questions and answers. Please note that the question submission timeframe will close at 9:30AM CDT, 3 September 2021, for this solicitation. 2. POCs for this amendment are: Tatyana Webb, Contracting Specialist; Phone (334) 953-3538, FAX (334) 953-3543 and William Stallings, Contracting Officer, Phone (334) 953-3266. GENERAL INFORMATION The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112-6334, has a requirement to purchase a Library Research Database subscription for the Air University. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2XHE11098AW02 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses (see Attachment 2) are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 202106 effective 12 Jul 2021, DFARS Changes as of 9 Jul 2021. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: 519130, Size Standard: 1,000 EMP If interested, further information and instructions are attached in the COMBO Synopsis Solicitation document.� Please be sure to review all of the attachments and follow the Quotation Preparation Instructions.� Quotations will be evaulated against the Basis for Award.�
