Description: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials, labor and all supplies (including �red bags� for biohazard materials) necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) located in Boise, ID in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance. There are approximately 600 employees located at NIFC year-round. This figure can double during the summer months.
