Description

The 30th Operations Support Squadron (30 OSS), Vandenberg Space Force Base (SFB), CA intends to issue a Sole Source procurement action to Amerigreen Technology, Inc, dba Burrow Blocker to purchase the Burrow Blocker 10000 Pest Hole Mitigation System.� This system will provide for an environmentally safe and effective pest control and hole mitigation solution for ground squirrel and prairie dog population control around the Vandenberg SFB airfield. The applicable NAICS for this acquisition is 333112, �Lawn and Garden Tractor and Home lawn and Garden Equipment Manufacturing�, with a business size standard of 1500 employees. �The proposed contract is for items for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). �This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. �However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 14 days of publication of this Special Notice. Firms who wants to challenge the sole source must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm�s ability to provide an equivalent supply as described in the attached Sole Source Justification (SSJ).� Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.� Respond to the below point of contact referencing Notice F4D1B11218AW02 by 13 September 2021, 12:00 PM (PDT).� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) will not reimburse for any costs associated with providing capability information.
