Description

Notice of Intent to sole source for Clinitek Novus Urine Chemistry Analyzer Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, intends to issue a sole source award to Sysmex America, Inc., for one (1) Clinitek Novus Urine Chemistry Analyzer for the Department of Pathology at Raymond W Bliss Army Medical Center, Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority FAR 6.302-1. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. �The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. The solicitation number is W81K00-21-Q-0219 and is generated for the purposes of posting this notice of intent and the final Justification and Approval (J&A) document. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
