Please review the attached combined synopsis/solicitation N3904021RC760LODGING2�and its attachments.� All quotes shall include:� -RFQ form completely filled out by the Offeror to include: unit and total price, and payment terms. -Proposed Property Log completely filled out by Offeror -Offerors' point of contact, name and phone number, and CAGE Code Quotes will not be accepted by facsimile. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements.�
