Description

The Government seeks to lease office space for an Airport District Office (ADO) for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).� The area of consideration is within a five (5) miles radius of the Hey Rey District in San Juan, PR.� Space requirements include approximately 1,040 occupiable square feet with on-site parking for 6 vehicles, of which 1 must be reserved for government owned vehicles. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.�� Please review the Solicitation for Offers (SFO) and sign if interested.� Interested parties have until August 19, 2021, no later than 4:00 pm eastern standard time to contact Eric Gadson by e-mail at eric.gadson@faa.gov.� The requirements stated in Part 1 Section 1.1 of the SFO will be forwarded to the interested parties approximately one (1) week after August 19, 2021. ���
