- Complete Solicitation is Attached - This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) The purpose of this modification is to: 1. Extend the solicitation due date from 06 August 2021, 05:00PM HST to read 13 August 2021, 5:00PM HST. 2. All other terms and condition remains the same. 1) The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Bridge (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii has a requirement for pest control services for the United States Army Reserve Theater Support Group, on American Samoa. 2) Background: This is a follow-on procurement for contract number W912CN-18-C-0024. The current contract is in the final option year ending on 28 Sep 2021. 3) Contract Set aside: This action will be solicited set aside small business. 4) Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Period of Performance for the base year is 29 Sep 2021 to 28 Sep�22 with two (2) one-year options. 5) All vendors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code) and be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561710 - Pest Control Services. The small business size standard is $12.0M. 6)�This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Pest Control Services. 7) Please note that this notice constitutes the RFQ. The RFQ�is attached and available for viewing and downloading.��
