Description

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY.  This is not a solicitation for bids, proposals, proposal abstracts or quotations. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 20, in support of the Walla Walla VA Medical Center, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide the following services: The Contractor shall provide Medical Waste Collection Removal and Disposal Services as required by local State and Federal Regulations and Laws. Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment and supplies to collect, remove, transport, and dispose of medical waste according to all applicable local state and federal regulations and laws every 30 days. Services shall be required for the CBOCs at Yakima WA, Richland WA, Lewiston ID, Boardman, OR and La Grande OR.
