Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC) intends to solicit EBSCO Industries, Inc., Ipswich, MA, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1:� Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� The USITC anticipates award on a sole source basis to EBSCO Industries, Inc., for a web-based subscription renewal to EBSCOhost Business Source Complete, EconLit, and Business e-Books. �These three subscriptions are proprietary to EBSCO Industries, Inc., and are required by the USITC to support statutory research, reporting and investigations conducted at the Commission.� In addition, these products operate seamlessly with the Commission�s discovery search engine and e-journal indexing tools.� The USITC anticipates the issuance of a firm fixed price award to EBSCO Industries, Inc.� The anticipated period of performance is one year, beginning September 1, 2021, and�the award is anticipated to include four 12-month Option Years.� If all options are exercised, the performance end date would be August 31, 2026.� ��� This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.� A solicitation will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within seven days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.� Information in response to this notice may be sent to Debra Bridge, Contracting Officer, at debra.bridge@usitc.gov.� A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.�
