NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to OLYMPUS AMERICA INC., 3500 CORPORATE PKWY, CENTER VALLEY, PA 18034 for a 36 month lease of the endoscopes listed below to include service maintenance agreement performed by authorized Olympus technicians. 9 CYF-VH: HD Flex CystoNephro Videoscope 1 WA03300A: Light-guide cable, 2.8 mm, 3 m, CF type 1 A4674A: 3mm Telescope 30Deg Wide Angle 1 A4672A: Microlaparoscope 3mm 0D 1 A4770 Single Flow 4mm HYS-sheath for 3mm NAICS Code is 339112 with a Small Business Size Standard of 1000 employees. The classification code is W065. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements above, may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. Responses are due by July 26, 2021 at 12:00 p.m. (ET). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to Michael Spivack@va.gov .
