- **This is a time sensitive acquisition and therefore all due dates/times have been considered and are firm to ensure timely award prior to the end of the fiscal year.** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA487721QA290 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-05 effective 22 Jul 2020, Defense Procurement Notice 20210520, and Air Force Acquisition Circular 2019-1001. This is a total-small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 337215. Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 001AA: Bldg 5500 Rooms 148,149 150 153.� Room 153. Design, construct, install seven workstations and one senior controller workstation. Each unit work station needs to incorporate a desk, island type workspace, storage pedestal-fixed under counter storage, binder type box storage, power station box with mounting brackets for computers and phones. Senior controller desk will be horseshoe in design with mounting brackets for power source, computer and phones. Fixed under counter storage, binder type box storage. Room 148 Design and construct, install L shaped reception style desk with overhead storage. Room 149 Design and construct, install L shaped reception style desk with overhead storage. Room 150 Design and construct, install L shaped reception style desk with overhead storage. All designs must be pre-approved prior to install. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote is the lowest priced technically acceptable. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror�s capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award without discussion, but reserves the right to conduct discussions. Therefore, the offeror�s initial offer should contain the offeror�s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary. Offers that fail to furnish required representations or information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation may be excluded from consideration. The right to make multiple or no award is reserved in the event it is advantageous to the Government to do so. Attachments: Provisions and Clauses Performance Work Statement Wage Determination The optional site-visit shall be conducted on Wednesday, 14 July 2020 at 1130, Arizona Local Time. Interested parties who would like to attend must notify the Points of Contact no later than (NLT) Tuesday, 13 July 2021 by 1500. Site visit attendees shall meet at the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base Visitor�s Center outside of the Craycroft Road gate at no later than 1130 in a non-commercial vehicle Site Visit Procedures: In order to gain access to the installation, all site visit attendees must bring current driver�s license identification, current vehicle registration, current vehicle insurance, and personal social security number. Additionally, in accordance with the Center for Disease Control guidance concerning the spread and control of COVID-19, conditions during the facilitation of the site visit may not allow for maintaining a distance of the recommended six (6) feet of social distance. Therefore, in order to attend the site visit, in addition to the required documents, all vendors must bring a cloth face covering as recommended by the U.S. Surgeon General. All requirements are separate and shall be submitted independently. Combined quotes shall not submitted as they will not be considered by the Government. Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Site Visit 14 July at 12:00 PM (Showtime NLT: 11:30) Questions are due by 15 July 2021, 2:00 pm. Answers will be provided by 16 July 2021, 2:00 pm. All quotes shall be submitted by 19 July 2021, 2:00 pm. � It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure their quote was submitted via email on time & review the post for any changes or amendments to this RFQ.
