This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay nor reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is intended for market research, to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of potential qualified vendors and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 334517, Irradiation Apparatus Manufacturing with a size standard 1,000 employees. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 8, Orlando VA Healthcare System is seeking a source to provide an Illumisite Platform System to the Caribbean VA Healthcare System, 10 Casia Street, San Juan, PR, 00921. Seeking businesses that can provide the following: Brand Name or Equal: Line Item 0001: One Each, ILS-1000-C501 ILLUMISITE System Electromagnetic Navigation Platform Line Item 0002: One Each, ILS-0726-PS Super Dimension Planning Station The government intends to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for Illumisite Platform System. Delivery 60 days after receipt of order.
