Description
This combined synopsis/solicitation and is being issued as a total small business set aside. The Northern America Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors. The size standard is $16.5 million. NAICS codes 337215 and 238290 are also acceptable. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be the only request for quote; an addition solicitation will not be published. The Government will not be liable for any cost associated with preparing and providing quote and retains the right to withdraw this notification at any time without notice The Utah Army National Guard has a requirement to purchase the following: Four unit supply caging and installation, each at four separate locations. Three will be located at building 1830 in Camp Williams, Utah. The fourth will be nearby at the Utah National Guard State Headquarters in Draper, Utah. The UTARNG intends to award a single firm fixed price award for these four unit storage cages to the vendor that meets the following specifications: 1. Wire must: ��������������� a. Be a minimum of 10ga welded wire with no larger than 2 inch squares. ��������������� b. Have a ceiling of wire covering the top of the cage, thus fully enclosing the cage. ��������������� c. Powder-coated to prevent rusting. 2. Doors. Cage doors must slide across opening of caged area. A bracket/door track must also be mounted to ensure door slides smoothly without swaying outward and to ensure that the door cannot be pulled away from the cage on the non-locking side. 3. Locks. Each door must have a keyed lock with cores and keys provided. The backside of the lock should be a thumb-turn style to ensure that personnel cannot be accidentally locked into the caged areas. 4. Site visit. A site visit will be conducted on 22 July 2021 at 10:00am to measure areas where caging is required. Size of cages will be discussed with the supply NCO�s who work in the areas to ensure that needs specific to the area are met. Interested vendors should have representation at the site visit to ensure full understanding of the requirement. The UTARNG intends to award without discussion and quotes not meeting specifications will not be considered for award. Manufacturer must be able to deliver entire order within 90 days of receipt of contract. A phased delivery within 90 days will be acceptable. 6. Please see the attached drawings for additional information pertaining to the installation locations Evaluations Factors: Award will be made on the basis of best value. Price will be the primary consideration. Technical specifications will also be considered of equal importance to price. Other considerations will be given to the quality of the product, warranties, and the expected delivery time and installation. Pleasee include expected delivery time and full description and specifications with your proposal. The Government may elect to award to other than lowest price. All firms or individuals responding must meet all standards required to conduct business with the Government, including registration with SAM and WAWF/iRAPT, and be in good standing with the Government. The System for Award Management (SAM) and Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPISS) will be reviewed for responding vendors to determine if the vendor is in good standing. All qualified responses will be considered by the Government. Quotes must include CAGE/DUNS number, federal tax number and company's point of contact information. Please provide your submission to the United States Property and Fiscal Office Purchasing and Contracting Division no later than the indicated date and time. All submissions should be sent via email to: otha.b.henderson.civ@mail.mil. Facsimiles are not acceptable. Question regarding this requirement must be submitted via email, with sufficient time to do any research to answer question prior to the closing of this posting. Responses received after the stated deadline will be considered non-responsive and will not be considered.
