Description

Synopsis W911N2-21-Q-0042 Letterkenny Army Depot intends to issue a firm-fixed price supply requirements type contract for the purchase of quantity 1,200 Each Dust Caps, part number 3006103, per year. A drawing will be provided with the solicitation. The resulting contract will contain one twelve (12) month base year period and four twelve (12) month options. The procurement will be 100% small business set aside. The 2019 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 332999, All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing, the size standard is 750 employees and the Federal Supply Code is 5935. Resulting order will be Freight On Board (FOB) destination to Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201-4150. Solicitation number W911N2-21-Q-0042 will be released on or about 06 July 2021 with a closing date on or about 21 July 2021. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. All interested sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by this agency. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://www.sam.gov/ on or about 06 July 2021. It is noted that offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database to receive a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
