- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in�subpart� 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1) The Indiana Army National Guard is soliciting W912L9-21-R-0028�as an RFQ 2) This Firm Fixed Price (FFP)�procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside in accordance with (IAW) the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 19.502-2 (b). 3) CLIN 0001� � � Yellow Ribbon Support Services� � � 1 Job 4) The following commercial services are summarized below. A detailed description can be located in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).� 4a) The contractor shall provide services to support YRRP training event that include meeting space, lodging, meals, audio/visual, and parking for the events. The attendance for the YRRP event is 280 total personnel.� 4b) The YRRP Training Event venue must be within a 10-mile radius of zip code 46032 to the Event Location, but not located within tolls. The preferred location will be Carmel, IN. 4c) Meeting Rooms:� The contractor shall provide 2 General Session rooms, 2 Breakout Session Rooms, 2 Counseling Rooms, 1 Registration Area, 2 Childcare Rooms, 2 Dining Room and 1 Storage Room. A more in depth requirement description is located within attached performance Work Statement.� 4d) Lodging: The contractor shall provide 42 Rooms on Friday 16 July 2021 (22 singles, 20 doubles) and 22 Rooms on Saturday 17 July 2021 (13 singles, 12 doubles). Eight (8) of the rooms used on Friday will be for two (2) nights. Those 8 are included in the 25 rooms for Saturday. 4e) Food and Beverage: The contractor shall provide one (1) lunch meal on Saturday 17 July 2021 (280 Personnel) and one (1) lunch meal on Sunday 18 July 2021 (90 Personnel) for a total of two (2) meals. Food and beverage charges are based upon a total 280 servings per meal on Saturday and 90 servings per meal on Sunday at or below the per diem rate for meals.� 5) Submission Requirements: A detailed description of work to be performed along with detailed pricing information. Clauses 52.204-24 and 52.204-26�within attachement 4�must be reviewed and checked.� 6) 52.212-1, 52.212-2, 52.212-4, 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.� 7) Quotes are due at 4:00 p.m. local (eastern) time on 05 July 2021.
